The National Penitentiary Administration (ANP), in collaboration with the Romanian Football Federation (FRF), is launching the "Twinning Project" in the Romanian prison system - an innovative project aimed at facilitating the social reintegration of people in detention, placing at the centre of the interventions the promotion of a healthy lifestyle and the role of sport in building prosocial behaviours.
